AMID SPACE(s) - nehmotný kyberpriestor x hmotná realita
Študentský experimentálny projekt AMID SPACE(s) hľadá umelcov a ich diela, monitorujúce vzťah medzi umením, technológiami, a našou každodennou realitou. Hlavným cieľom projektu je preskúmanie možností zdieľania umeleckých diel v podobe dát vo virtuálnom prostredí s dôrazom na prepojenie reálneho a virtuálneho sveta v jeden. Veríme, že umelci majú nekonečné množstvo možností a nástrojov na pretváranie a modelovanie rôznych aspektov oboch svetov, no my sa pýtame; do akých rozmerov môže umenie, vystavené online, formovať našu realitu, ktorú momentálne prežívame zväčša v priestoroch našich domovov?
Pojem času a priestoru sa transformoval do rôznych podôb, zatiaľ čo sedíme zhypnotizovaní pred žiarivými obrazovkami našich počítačov a smart zariadení. Toto vnímanie je pre každého rozdielne. Chceme tak skúmať interferenciu medzi rôznymi prostrediami a zistiť rozsah interaktivity medzi nimi.
AMID SPACE(s) sa zameriava výlučne na digitálne umenie (net art, generatívne umenie, glitch art, rozšírená realita, pixel art, sound art, alebo ľubovoľné experimentálne formy...) Akékoľvek diela, ktoré spĺňajú tieto podmienky, sú viac než vítané, ALE nemali by byť staršie ako 1 rok.
V prípade, že chcete odoslať pohyblivé obrázky, videá alebo zvuky, odošlite ich ako adresy URL odkazujúce na vašu prácu, prostredníctvom webov ako Vimeo, YouTube, SoundCloud atď.
Vyplniť formulár je možné cez tento odkaz.
Ak nie je možné z hocijakých technických príčin možné odovzdať dielo prostredníctvom URL adresy, kontaktujte nás a vyriešime to inak.
Práce budeme prezentovať online, pretože by sme chceli poukázať aj na to, že vystavovanie digitálneho umenia nevyžaduje žiadne špecializované kurátorské platformy ani veľký rozpočet. Z tohto dôvodu nemôžeme ponúknuť za vybrané diela finančnú odmenu.

AMID SPACE(s) - intangible cyberspace within the tangible reality
An experimental student project AMID SPACE(s) is looking for works that explore the relationship between art, technology, and our daily reality. The main concept of this project is to investigate possibilities of sharing artworks as data in virtual environments with the emphasis of merging real and virtual worlds. We strongly believe artists have unlimited options and tools to recreate and shape various aspects of both worlds but to what extent can art exhibited online shape our reality that we live inside our homes?
The notion of time and space has transformed itself to various forms while we are stuck in front of bright screens of our computers and phones. Everyone’s perception of this notion is different. We want to see the interference between various surroundings and environments and discover the range of interactivity between them.
AMID SPACE(s) focuses on digital art exclusively (net art, generative art, glitch art, augmented reality, pixel art, sound art, whatever you experiment with…) Any works that meet these conditions are more than welcome BUT should not be older than 1 year.
In case of submitting moving images, videos or sounds, please submit them as URLs using sites such as Vimeo, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.

If your work cannot be submitted by URL, please contact us and we will figure something out.
We will exhibit these online since we would like to prove that exhibiting digital art does not require any specialized curating platforms or any budget. Due to this fact, we are unable to offer compensation for the selected works.
